Want to see how your child is learning how to multiply? Follow the steps below to view animations of the "Partial Products" method of multiplication.
1. Go to the following website:

2. Once there, click on "FREE FAMILY RESOURCES."
3. Then click on "Algorithms in Everyday Mathematics" and select grade 4.
4. For "select an operation" click multiplication and then "Partial-Products Multiplication." From there, you can see the animations for the different problems.
5. I also taught the class how to do the traditional form of multiplication, but this lesson was brief, and most students are finding more success with the partial products method.
